'Here is my khao lod song recipe. Khao means rice since it is made out of it. There are variations across Southeast Asia and it is also commonly known as cendol. Typically, you will find variations of cendol around Southeast Asia as it contains droplets of green rice flour jelly. You can find it in Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Cambodiaa, Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, and more. The umbrlella term for this in can be nam van, naab vaam, nam wan, etc. This delicious vibrant worm-shaped food is made out of rice flour and pandan. The green glowing dessert is drenched in salted coconut milk and caramelized syrup. Make sure to serve it over ice and it will be the perfect sweet treat. ------
